My name is Dennis Jones, Manager here at The Ranches at Blackjack Meadows. I am proud to call Texas my home and work with a great group of people. My professional land consultant team has helped numerous people from all walks of life, find their perfect piece of Texas. After over a decade in the Mortgage business, financing Real Estate purchases, I switched sides of the desk and jumped into the Land Sales business. I like to say I bought myself a job, because in 2001, I purchased a beautiful acreage property from our company. After the fantastic experience of working with National Land Partners on our purchase, I made the decision to shift gears and join the company. Since then, I have helped our customers realize their dreams of land ownership in over 50 different ranches. From my personal buying experience, I understand the process of buying land and building your dream home, and I can help make the process easy and stress free for our buyers.
Born in College Station, TX, I grew up traveling around the state for my parents work before settling down in Boerne, TX. After high school I received my B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University before going back on the road to work in the oil and gas industry. Two things remained constant in my travels, friends and family. I always relished returning to spend time in the outdoors hunting and fishing with those close to me and having a place that I could hang my hardhat up. By being a part of NLP, I have the opportunity to help others find the place they can always return to. It is my pleasure to assist you and help each individual achieve their American dream.
Born and raised in Boerne TX, I spent as much time as possible outdoors with family and friends on ranches all across Texas. My passion for the outdoors led me to pursue a degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Studies from Texas State University. After graduation, I worked for Texas A&M Agrilife, which expanded my opportunity to travel the State, and grow my appreciation for the more rural way of life, living on acreage. Joining NLP gave me the privilege of sharing this experience with families looking for the same country lifestyle. I look forward to helping my new friends find the same freedom and excitement on their new property.
I was born and raised in Texas, and attended Pottsboro High School in far North Texas. After graduation, I enlisted in the United States Army, and served 5 years as an Infantry Soldier. During my service , I deployed two times, to Afghanistan and Kuwait. I am proud to have served my country, and I continue that same passion for service today in my civilian career with NLP. As an avid outdoorsman, I love all things outside…hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. I have been blessed to live on acreage my whole life, and the ability to introduce families to this relaxed lifestyle is a pure pleasure. I hope to meet you soon, and show you the best part of Texas country living.
I have lived in the North Texas area for over 37 years, and I could not imagine calling any other place home! My first introduction into the land business was in 2017 when I jumped into a truck with a National Land Partners consultant and took a look at a brand new acreage community.
